Client: South Church LLC
Description: MEG acted as the primary consultant on this civil engineering project that involved infrastructure design for the development of a 78 lot single-family residential subdivision. Specifically, site grading, public roadway, public water main, public gravity sanitary sewer main, public pressurized sanitary sewer main, public and private storm main, a public sanitary sewer lift station, a 2 acre private storm water mitigation facility, and an 8 acre private constructed wetland were built on the 32 acre site. MEG also performed the Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead inspection and monitoring duties for the project.
Client: WSDOT
Description: MEG acted as a sub-consultant on this civil engineering project that included both stormwater management and temporary erosion and sediment control components. This project improved safety and relieved congestion along the truck route by lowering and reconstructing several new lanes between Boblett Street and the U.S.-Canadian border. Additionally, a new interchange was constructed at "D" Street. MEG was responsible for the public storm main and 6 separate stormwater mitigation facilities that were constructed along the length of the mile long project site.

Description: MEG acted as the primary consultant on this civil engineering project that involved infrastructure design in the development of a 34 lot single family residential subdivision. Specifically, site grading, public roadway, public water main, public sanitary sewer main, public storm main, and public stormwater infiltration beds were constructed on the 20 acre site.
Client:Windward Consulting
Description: MEG acted as the primary consultant on this civil engineering project that involved the development of 60-acres into a business park. Specifically, frontage improvements to Berthusen Road, interior roadway design, public water and fire protection improvements, public sanitary sewer improvements, and a mix of public and private stormwater infrastructure. The stormwater flow control system was designed as a series of infiltration facilities. Some LID aspects of the project were utilized for stormwater runoff treatment, including thru-curb inlets and back of sidewalk bioswales.
Client:Dave Black/Oak Creek Homes
Description: MEG acted as the primary consultant on this civil engineering project that involved the redevelopment of the Wiser Lake Business Park. WSDOT procured property from the owner as part of the Guide Meridian widening, thus taking away usable area and parking from the property. Specifically, a site plan was developed for the Wiser Lake Business Park in order to maximize the parking around the existing buildings. Additionally, a relocation plan was required for Oak Creek Homes in order to better situate their display homes with the reduction of property.

Description:MEG acted as the primary consultant on this civil engineering project that involves infrastructure design for the future development of a Sikh religious facility. Specifically, site grading, public roadway, private roadway, private water main, private storm main, layout for the private parking lot, a 2 acre private stormwater mitigation facility, and 4 acres of private constructed wetlands are to be built on the 40 acre site.
